Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and support shop Manager in all aspects.
• Provide high quality service and dining experience to guests.
• Assist shop Manager in roster planning.
• Train staff on customer service and product knowledge.
• Recommend and up-sell menu items and promotions to meet revenue targets.
• Enhance customer service quality and handle complaints with recovery options.
• Maintain good public relations and be a positive role model.
• Strategize manpower planning within budget.
• Plan efficient use of resources and minimize wastage.
• Ensure shop cleanliness.
