Job summary

ALWAYSHIRED PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated store supervisor to oversee daily operations at Islandwide locations in Singapore.

You will supervise, support, and delegate tasks during shifts while delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example to create a welcoming environment. The role requires 3+ years in service, with at least 1 year in supervision, a passion for F&B, and willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the service industry with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Passion for F&B with proven ability to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Willingness to engage in shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth workflows by supervising, supporting, and delegating tasks during shifts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example to create a welcoming store environment.
• Adhere to procedures for opening/closing, coordinate shift schedules, monitor attendance, and address performance issues.
• Provide operational support and oversee store cleanliness and stock organization.
• Maintain rigorous quality control in food and beverage preparation and conduct store inspections.
• Communicate store updates for smooth shift handovers and report issues to the store manager.

Location: Islandwide (Will try to place near residential)

Working hours: 5 days, 44 hours

Salary: $2900 Basic

Job Scope:

• Maintain smooth workflows and efficient operations bysupervising, supporting, and delegating tasks during shifts
• Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example to create a welcoming store environment
• Adhere to company procedures for store opening/closing, coordinate shift schedules, monitor attendance and promptly address performance issues. Enforce company policies and standards
• Provide operational support and perform store tasks. Oversee store cleanliness and stock organization
• Maintain rigorous quality control in food and beverage preparation. Conduct regular store inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
• Clearly communicate store updates to facilitate smooth shift handovers. Report any issues, incidents, or employee performance concerns to the store manager

Role Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in the service industry with at least 1 year experience in a supervisory role
• Passion for F&B industry with proven experience in delivering excellent customer experiences
