Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an F&B Operations Manager in Singapore (Somerset) for a 5-day week. Hours 10:00–22:00 with breaks; salary SGD 3,000–4,000. You will lead FOH operations, manage staff, and oversee daily service, including handlings of peak hours and compliance with SOPs and regulatory rules.

You'll coordinate with kitchen, supervise take-away/delivery, and drive guests’ experiences while upholding company policies and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front-of-House operations.
• Ability to manage and train FOH staff.
• Knowledge of Singapore food safety and local regulations (SFA/NEA).

Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000 (service fee distribution available)

Job Description

A. Front-of-House Operations

• Oversee FOH service flow and guest experience
• Ensure compliance with all service SOPs
• Act as first-level handler for customer complaints
• Supervise staff grooming, conduct, and service standards
• Ensure proper execution of opening and closing procedures

B. Staff Management

• Prepare FOH duty rosters and manpower allocation
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline
• Conduct on-the-job training for FOH staff
• Provide probation feedback and performance observations

C. Daily Operations

• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
• Coordinate service timing with kitchen operations
• Support service operations personally during peak hours
• Maintain table turnover efficiency
• Supervise takeaway and delivery workflow on-site

D. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with SFA / NEA regulations
• Enforce Company policies and code of conduct
• Escalate operational issues promptly
