Job summary

WAH ENG BEEF PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified F&B Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations and lead service staff in a fast-paced environment in Singapore. You will ensure efficient F&B service, manage duties and schedules, and coordinate with kitchen for accurate orders.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle enquiries and feedback professionally while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Weekend shifts are expected.

• Previous F&B supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure efficient food and beverage service.
• Lead and train service staff, assign duties and arrange work schedules.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and served promptly.
• Monitor inventory, arrange replenishment and minimise wastage.
• Oversee cashier duties, daily sales reconciliation and outlet opening and closing.
• Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety standards.
• Support sales targets and report operational matters to management.
