Job summary

EVERTRUST EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Front-of-House Operations Supervisor to oversee daily dining room standards, staff performance, and guest experience in a busy Singapore venue.

You will manage rosters, train floor staff on product knowledge, monitor inventory and food costs, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Available shifts include weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of operational experience in a fast-paced restaurant, cafe, or hotel F&B environment.
• Flexible schedule including split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in modern restaurant POS systems, inventory tracking software, and basic staff scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining outlet setup, service, and closing procedures to maintain high hospitality standards.
• Lead and train staff: manage rosters, briefing sessions, and product knowledge training.
• Monitor stock levels of beverages, dry goods, and equipment; coordinate with suppliers and manage food cost percentages.
• Handle guest feedback with diplomacy to ensure fast recovery and high return rate.
