Job summary

Changi Golf Club in Singapore is seeking an upbeat F&B Service Crew to deliver warm, efficient service at the Golfer's Lounge. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, process payments and help keep the lounge clean and welcoming for members and guests.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, reliable and able to work as part of a team. Experience in F&B or customer service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided to learn the POS system and safe-service procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B or customer-service experience is preferred but not essential.
• Friendly, service-oriented and able to communicate well with members and guests.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Honest, responsible and punctual.
• Able to operate a POS system or willing to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and carry supplies when required.
• Valid food-safety certification is preferred or must be obtained where required.

Job Summary

The F&B Service Crew is responsible for providing warm, efficient and professional service to members and guests at the Golfer's Lounge. The role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness and assisting with the daily operations of the lounge.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food, canned and bottled drinks, draught beer and other beverages.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process cash, card or member-account transactions accurately.
• Set up and clear tables promptly.
• Ensure the lounge, service counters and dining areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Replenish beverages, condiments and other operating supplies.
• Check stock levels and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required.
• Assist with receiving and storing supplies properly.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol-service requirements.
• Handle members' enquiries, requests and feedback politely, and refer any complaints to the supervisor or management.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock checks.
• Support Club events and functions when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or Club Management.
