Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking service-oriented team members to support front-of-house operations. You will maintain a basic knowledge of the food and drinks menu, keep work areas clean, and ensure mise-en-place is ready before service to guarantee smooth operations.

Polishing cutlery and crockery, setting up the chefs table, and delivering meals to guests in a timely, courteous manner are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a basic knowledge of food and drinks menu.
• Ensure work areas are clean at all times and that the cleaning schedule is adhered to.
• Ensure that the mise-en-place is completed prior to service and continually replenished.
• Maintain responsibility for the polishing of cutlery, crockery, coppers and silvers.
• Ensure that the chefs table is set up and the coffee area maintained.
• Ensure trays are carried and food delivered to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
