Job summary

IL NETWORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Client Relations / Sales Support professional to manage newly acquired F&B clients and align solutions with their needs.

You will build relationships, follow up on opportunities, handle inquiries (including social media), and assist with payments and reporting. This role requires a diploma in business/marketing, 2 years' experience, and is a 5-month contract with potential renewal; immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business/Marketing or related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B or FMCG.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to start immediately; 5-month contract with renewal potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support newly acquired F&B clients.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with clients to identify sales and business opportunities.
• Handle client enquiries, including social media enquiries.
• Collect client feedback and suggest improvements.
• Prepare simple sales and client reports for management.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
