Job summary

IL NETWORK PTE. LTD. is seeking a client relations and sales support professional to manage and support newly acquired F&B clients in Singapore. You will build strong client relationships, understand client needs, and provide suitable solutions, while following up to uncover sales opportunities.

The role requires a diploma in Business/Marketing, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and excellent communication. Immediate availability for a 5-month contract with potential renewal is ideal.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B or FMCG.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to start immediately and commit to a 5-month contract, with potential for renewal.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support newly acquired F&B clients.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with clients to identify sales and business opportunities.
• Handle client enquiries, including social media enquiries.
• Collect client feedback and suggest improvements.
• Prepare simple sales and client reports for management.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
