Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a capable account support specialist for a 5-month contract located in Woodlands, Singapore. You will take over newly signed F&B clients from BD Managers and provide ongoing customer service and account support.

The role requires a Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field, at least 2 years’ experience in F&B/FMCG, strong communication and Excel/PowerPoint proficiency. Hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B/FMCG.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
