Job summary

Sanz is hiring a Sales Support Executive on a 3-month contract in Singapore. You will receive new clients from F&B BD Managers and ensure a seamless service handover, guiding them into the sales ecosystem and building long-term relationships to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

The role requires a Diploma in Business/Marketing and at least 2 years in F&B or FMCG, with strong MS Office skills to generate client reports.

Qualifications

Diploma in Business/Marketing or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years' experience in F&B or FMCG preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with F&B BD Managers to receive new clients and ensure smooth service handover.
Guide clients into the Company's sales ecosystem with initial communication about solutions and services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their business needs, and drive sales opportunities.
Maintain client engagement, identify growth or loss opportunities, and implement improvements.
Incorporate client feedback to refine products and services to meet needs.
Handle inquiries from social media channels.
Provide regular reports on client nurturing and sales activity with actionable plans for management.
Perform accounts receivable follow-up.
