Job summary

BACHA COFFEE PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking service staff to provide friendly, efficient guest service and accurate order processing. You will assist with front and back-of-house setup and breakdown while ensuring compliance with SFA food safety policies.

You will promote and upsell our food and beverage range, perform product demonstrations, attend to guest enquiries, manage inventory, and handle cash and POS operations during shifts. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Friendly and efficient services to guests.
• Process guests orders to ensure items are prepared and served promptly.
• Assist in setup and clear down of the front and back of restaurant operations.
• Ensure food safety regulations are followed according to SFA's policy.
• Promote and sell our range of food and beverage items to walk-in customers.
• Perform demonstrations of products.
• Attend to customers’ needs and enquiries.
• Receiving and checking of inventory of goods and supplies.
• Handling of cash, POS system and report of take-in-cash when on duty.
