Pullman Singapore Orchard is seeking an Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to direct the overall F&B operation, support budgeting, promotions and guest experiences. You will oversee administration, drive revenue, and ensure profitability while maintaining WOW guest service.

Qualifications

• High School/GED equivalent/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or management level.
• Has strong knowledge on beverage trends, fermentation, cocktails, zero alcohol and wines.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning outlet budget and forecast revenue and expenditure on weekly/monthly basis.
• Analyze and submit weekly/month-end reports and identify deviations from the business plan.
• Participate in management meetings to review progress towards business plan goals and develop the annual plan.
• Plan, implement and measure profit enhancement programs with kitchen and Marketing; submit post-mortem reports.
• Maintain costs, productivity and labour costs in line with budget.
• Lead and support team to deliver exceptional LQA standards and guest experiences.
• Handle guest complaints tactfully and ensure smooth operation during peak times.
