Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Singapore invites experienced Bar Manager to lead the luxury bar team in a dynamic, guest-focused environment at Marina Bay. You will oversee daily operations, maintain standards, manage budgeting, and collaborate with kitchen and sommeliers to ensure exceptional beverage quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience as Bar Manager in international luxury hotel groups.
• Service-oriented team player with strong leadership and people skills.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operations to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Enforce policies, SOPs and quality measures at all times.
• Prepare a weekly roster to schedule colleagues effectively within budgeted labour costs.
• Lead bar colleagues, train, evaluate, and schedule to maintain service standards.
