Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations and coordinating staff activities to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Oversee task completion and ensure operational standards are met.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance and productivity to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance, training and support to team members to enhance skills and job effectiveness.
• Evaluate sales team performance and implement targeted improvements to boost productivity and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor inventory, supplies and equipment to support uninterrupted operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management to support business objectives.
