Job summary

He Xi Enterprise Pte Ltd is launching a Singapore flagship and is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily F&B operations, ensure excellent service, and drive guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising service staff, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and supporting sales initiatives in a dynamic, lively environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Hospitality or related field, with at least 3 years of F&B supervisory experience, and are flexible to work six days a week

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations focused on service delivery and guest experience.
• Supervise and motivate service staff to maintain high standards and teamwork.
• Support staff training, onboarding, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Assist with daily sales performance, cost control, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore F&B regulations, licensing, and SOPs.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist rostering, attendance, and manpower deployment.
• Support promotions, upselling, and sales initiatives to boost engagement.
• Perform opening/closing duties, outlet inspections, and stock checks.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Act as Manager in their absence.
