• Guide and monitor service staff during shifts.
• Ensure good customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Assign duties and prepare staff work schedules.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Check daily sales, cash handling, and operational records.
• Train and guide new and existing staff.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
• Prepare shift reports and report operational issues to management.
