Qualifications

• Experience supervising F&B/service staff and coordinating shifts.
• Strong focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Experience with inventory control, stock levels, and wastage management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of service staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly handle customer feedback or complaints.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and onboarding.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
• Assist with ordering and receiving of food and beverage supplies.
• Handle cash, payments, and daily closing procedures accurately.
• Monitor sales and assist in achieving revenue targets.
• Control operating costs and minimize unnecessary wastage.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure staff are properly prepared for service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Prepare daily operational reports and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure the outlet is properly opened and closed according to company procedures.
