Job summary

PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver a high level of service to guests in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor the quality of food & beverage, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness to meet company standards, handle staff rosters, train staff, and resolve issues professionally while supervising the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to deliver high level of service for our guests consistently
• Monitor and ensure the quality of food & beverage, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness to achieve total customer satisfaction and meet Company standards
• Handle administration duties include staff roster and duty assignments
• Undertake a busy and fast-paced role with varied duties
• Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner
• To supervise all staff members in their duties and encourage or reprimand as necessary.
• To train staff to provide high standards of service and increase their personal knowledge.
