Job summary

• Oversee inventory management by monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies timely to prevent shortages.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints by promptly resolving issues to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, supporting operational efficiency.
• Prepare and manage budgets by controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
