FOCUS MANPOWER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Operations Manager for F&B outlets.

You will oversee daily operations, driving service excellence and leading a motivated front-of-house and operations team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities include manpower planning, scheduling, inventory, cost controls, and compliance with food safety and SOPs. You will collaborate with kitchen, promotions, and events, coaching staff for performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlet(s) to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Lead, coach and motivate the service and operations team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, deployment, attendance and coverage.
• Monitor outlet sales, productivity, costs, and KPIs to drive performance.
• Drive sales and revenue through upselling, promotions and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety and SOPs.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and outlet presentation.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with professional follow-up actions.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, stock control, wastage and cost management.
• Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams for front- and back-of-house coordination.
• Conduct regular operational checks and ensure policies are followed.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and staff development.
• Prepare and review operational reports and provide improvement recommendations.
• Support management in implementing new initiatives, promotions, events and strategies.
• Assist with outlet opening/closing procedures and cash/operational controls.

• Monitor outlet sales, productivity, operating costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive sales and revenue through effective upselling, promotions, and operational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and company operating standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and implement appropriate follow-up actions.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, stock control, wastage, and cost management.
• Work closely with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure efficient coordination between front and back of house.
• Conduct regular operational checks and ensure company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff development.
