Job summary

OCD HANDS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to oversee daily F&B outlet operations, ensure smooth service, and lead the service and operations team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will drive sales and KPIs, manage manpower planning, inventory, costs, safety, and work closely with kitchen and back-of-house colleagues to coordinate front and back of house activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlet(s), ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the service and operations team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, deployment, attendance, and operational coverage.
• Monitor outlet sales, productivity, operating costs, and KPIs.
• Drive sales and revenue through upselling, promotions, and operational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and SOPs.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and outlet presentation.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and implement follow-up actions.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, stock control, wastage, and cost management.
• Work with kitchen and operations teams to coordinate front and back of house.
• Conduct regular operational checks and ensure company policies are followed.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff development.
• Prepare and review operational reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support management in promotions, events, and business strategies.
• Assist with outlet opening/closing procedures and cash/operational controls.
• Perform other operational duties and projects as assigned.
