Job summary

MANDATE OF MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations professional to oversee daily F&B outlet activities in Singapore. You will lead service and operations teams, manage staffing, and ensure adherence to safety and SOPs while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes cost control, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination with kitchen and other departments to drive smooth restaurant performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlet(s), ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the service and operations team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, deployment, attendance, and operational coverage.
• Monitor outlet sales, productivity, operating costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive sales and revenue through effective upselling, promotions, and operational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and company operating standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and implement appropriate follow-up actions.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, stock control, wastage, and cost management.
• Work closely with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure efficient coordination between front and back of house.
• Conduct regular operational checks and ensure company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff development.
• Prepare and review operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support the management team in implementing new initiatives, promotions, events, and business strategies.
• Assist with outlet opening and closing procedures and ensure proper cash and operational controls.
• Perform other operational duties and projects as assigned by management.
