Job summary

ONE PLUS ONE HUMAN RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.

You will lead, coach, and motivate the service and operations team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while managing manpower planning, scheduling, attendance, and coverage. You will monitor sales, productivity, and costs, drive revenue through upselling and promotions, and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service/operations teams in F&B environments.
• Strong people management and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlet(s), ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the service and operations team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, deployment, attendance, and operational coverage.
• Monitor outlet sales, productivity, operating costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive sales and revenue through effective upselling, promotions, and operational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and company operating standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and implement appropriate follow-up actions.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, stock control, wastage, and cost management.
• Work closely with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure efficient coordination between front and back of house.
• Conduct regular operational checks and ensure company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff development.
• Prepare and review operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support the management team in implementing new initiatives, promotions, events, and business strategies.
• Assist with outlet opening and closing procedures and ensure proper cash and operational controls.
• Perform other operational duties and projects as assigned by management.
