Job summary

Golden Wok is seeking an F&B Operations Management Trainee in Singapore to gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations, develop leadership skills, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences while building a long-term career in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

You will learn all aspects of outlet operations, support opening/closing, and work with the team to uphold service and quality standards across our 13 outlets and growing network.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests warmly and efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Present menu items clearly, explaining ingredients and preparation.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries and feedback to maintain high service standards.
• Develop product knowledge to deliver consistent service.
• Learn and perform all aspects of restaurant operations hands-on.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete checklists.
• Support daily outlet operations by maintaining service, cleanliness and standards.
• Identify improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operational tasks and team coordination.
• Support implementation of company policies and standards to ensure compliance.
• Participate in team briefings, training and staff development activities.
• Develop leadership, communication and problem-solving skills through training.
• Learn to lead, motivate and collaborate with a diverse F&B team.
