Job summary

fei siong food management pte. ltd. is seeking a F&B Management Trainee to support kitchen and service operations across outlets islandwide in Singapore.

The role offers hands-on training in food preparation, quality control, sanitation, and daily shop opening/closing routines. Successful candidates hold a degree in any field, are open to weekend and public holiday shifts, and will undergo training as part of the front-line team.

Qualifications

• Degree holder and keen to work in F&B industry.
• Training will cover kitchen duties and service crew front line.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per recipes.
• Maintain high quality and consistent products standards.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health/sanitation regulations.
• Prepare for opening and closing of shop.
• Weekly/monthly inventory reporting.
• Enforce and maintain SOPs to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Daily sales reporting to F&B Operation Manager.
• Run basic SOP training for untrained part-timers.
• Handle staff grievances and monthly rosters.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as needed.
