Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and provide efficient service.
Explain menu items and preparation methods.
Attend to guests' needs and ensure a positive dining experience.
Maintain high service standards and handle guest feedback professionally.
Learn restaurant operations through hands-on experience.
Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure checklists are completed accurately.
Support the smooth running of daily outlet operations.
Develop leadership, communication and problem-solving skills through structured on-the-job training.
