Responsabilités

• Welcome and serve guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Present menu items clearly and explain ingredients to guests.
• Respond to guest enquiries and feedback to maintain high service standards.
• Develop product knowledge to deliver excellent service.
• Learn all aspects of restaurant operations through hands-on experience.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete checklists.
• Support daily outlet operations by maintaining service, cleanliness, and standards.
• Identify improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily tasks and coordinate team activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Participate in trainings and staff development to build skills.
• Develop leadership, communication and problem-solving skills during on-the-job training.
