• Present menu items and explain ingredients and preparation methods.
• Respond to guest enquiries and feedback to maintain high service standards.
• Learn all aspects of restaurant operations through hands-on training.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete all checklists.
• Support daily outlet operations, maintaining service, cleanliness, and standards.
• Identify improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily tasks and team coordination.
• Implement company policies and procedures for compliance.
• Participate in training sessions and staff development activities.
