Job summary

The Garcha Group, Singapore’s boutique hotel group, oversees Maxwell Reserve, The Vagabond Club, and The Serangoon House. As an Operations Leader, you will drive daily hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and revenue performance across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced hotel operation.
• Strong guest service orientation with attention to detail.
• Experience in managing F&B operations and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Forecast sales, covers and payroll costs with the manager.
• Supervise daily operation and ensure adequate staffing.
• Assign responsibilities to supervisors and monitor performance.
• Maintain high standards for food, beverage, and service quality.
• Lead service teams to personalise guest experiences and drive loyalty.
• Oversee training, safety, and compliance with hotel policies.
