Job summary

XIN YAN F&B PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our stores. You will manage staff scheduling, uphold hygiene standards, handle cashier duties at the front desk, and assist with serving dishes to ensure a smooth guest experience.

You will plan activities to boost efficiency, quality and reduce waste, and perform production resource planning based on logistics, order volume and store inventory.

Qualifications

• Must have proven F&B supervision experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant F&B work experience.
• Able to start immediately or soon.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff, including work assignments and breaks.
• Manage store hygiene.
• Cashier at front desk and assist with serving dishes.
• Plan activities to improve efficiency, quality and reduce waste.
