Job summary

HK Gourmet Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a hands-on operations supervisor to oversee daily food preparation, portion control, and cleanliness of the outlet area. You will communicate inventory needs to the Chef and help manage staff training to align with business needs.

You will monitor the cleaning rotation, ensure sanitation compliance, and supervise line staff to prepare for the next day, aiming to maximize productivity while keeping labor costs in check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portioning and ensure quality food preparation to control food quality.
• Communicate all inventory and supply needs to Chef.
• Ensure cleanliness of food outlet area; stock and prepare food items as required.
• Monitor cleaning rotation schedule on a daily basis.
• Adhere to safety and general procedures.
• Assist in the development and delivery of staff training aligned with business needs.
• Verify and supervise line staff and ensure preparations for the next day.
• Track and prepare all schedules to maximize productivity and keep labour costs within budget.
