Job summary

heng got manpower pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, lead and develop front-of-house teams, and ensure high standards of service and food safety in a busy Singapore environment.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, costs, and KPIs while coordinating with kitchen and support teams to execute promotions and new initiatives. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and strong customer service leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlet(s), ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the service and operations team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, deployment, attendance, and operational coverage.
• Monitor outlet sales, productivity, operating costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive sales and revenue through upselling, promotions, and operational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and company operating standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and outlet presentation.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and implement follow-up actions.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, stock control, wastage, and cost management.
• Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to ensure front and back of house coordination.
• Conduct regular operational checks and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff development.
• Prepare and review operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support management in implementing new initiatives, promotions, events, and business strategies.
• Assist with outlet opening and closing procedures and ensure proper cash and operational controls.
• Perform other operational duties and projects as assigned by management.
