Seng Food Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced F&B Assistant Manager/Manager to oversee daily outlet operations. You will lead service teams, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain food safety, cleanliness and service quality in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in restaurant or F&B operations, strong leadership and cost-management skills, and the ability to manage staff, schedules and promotions while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in restaurant, café or F&B outlet operations.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of operations, customer service, inventory control and cost management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operations of the outlet and ensure smooth service throughout each shift.
• Lead, supervise and motivate service and kitchen support staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and arrange manpower according to operational requirements.
• Conduct daily staff briefings and allocate duties effectively.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly and professional service.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control and service standards.
• Ensure the outlet complies with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate the ordering of ingredients, beverages, packaging and operating supplies.
• Conduct regular stock counts and minimise wastage, discrepancies and unnecessary expenses.
• Monitor outlet sales, labour costs, food costs and other operating expenses.
• Handle cashiering, daily sales reconciliation, cash deposits and outlet reports where required.
• Train, coach and evaluate team members to improve service quality and operational performance.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and disciplinary matters when necessary.
• Work closely with management on promotions, menu updates and initiatives to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Respond appropriately to operational issues, staff shortages and emergency situations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
