You will also manage promotions, scheduling staff, and handle online ordering platforms such as GrabFood and Foodpanda, ensuring timely end-of-day closing and cash tally.

This role requires maintaining high standards of food safety, service quality, and cost control while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Mansioni

• Promote great customer service.
• Ensure safe food quality, restaurant cleanliness and sanitation, and stock availability.
• Stand in for cooking, frying and preparation of ingredients.
• Ensure day-to-day compliance with operational standards.
• Inventory control, labor cost, and budget management.
• Develops and implements local promotional programs.
• Supervise assigned personnel, including scheduling.
• Handle and manage online ordering platforms such as GrabFood and FoodPanda.
• End-of-day closing, cash tally, and receipt reconciliation.
