Badaling Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced F&B Services Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure smooth and efficient business performance. You will monitor service standards, handle staff training, manage inventory and costs, and maintain food safety in line with Singapore regulations while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in F&B, a Diploma or higher in F&B/ Hospitality, and a willingness to work shifts,

Competenze

• Diploma or higher in F&B Management or Hospitality.
• 3–5 years of F&B experience.
• Supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Mansioni

• Oversee and manage daily F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Lead, supervise and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
• Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower.
• Monitor daily sales, revenue, expenses and operational costs.
• Ensure food quality, service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Manage inventory, stock control, purchasing and wastage.
• Ensure proper cash handling, POS transactions and daily sales reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with Singapore regulations.
• Conduct staff training, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance and discipline.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, suppliers and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify areas for improvement to increase productivity, sales and profitability.
• Prepare operational reports and update management on business performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
