Job summary

Shared Table in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused hospitality team member for a restaurant/bar environment. You will deliver excellent service, manage dining operations, and support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily service.

This role requires welcoming customers, taking orders, handling POS, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Shift work, weekends and public holidays are expected; experience in F&B is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in F&B, restaurant, café, or bar operations is preferred.
• Positive attitude with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling cashiering duties and POS systems.
• Knowledge of coffee, beverages, cocktails, and alcoholic drinks is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
• Welcome and attend to customers, take orders, and address enquiries professionally.
• Manage table reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle cashiering duties accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
• Prepare and serve both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area, service stations, and bar counter.
• Replenish stock, monitor inventory, and report shortages when necessary.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
