Job summary

fei siong food management pte. ltd. is seeking an F&B Management Trainee for its fast-paced, quick service concept across islandwide locations in Singapore. The role requires 6 work days per week (60 hours) with 1 weekday off.

On the job you will receive training in kitchen duties and front-line service, and you will learn to prepare and cook menu items, maintain quality and sanitation, support opening/closing, and assist with inventory reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any field.
• Training in kitchen duties and service front line.
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per recipes.
• Maintain high quality and standards.
• Ensure safe use of equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and abide by health/sanitation regulations.
• Preparation for opening and closing of shop.
• Weekly/monthly inventory reporting.
