Job summary

FEI SIONG FOOD MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic F&B Management Trainee to learn all aspects of cafe/food operations across islandwide locations in Singapore.

You will undergo kitchen duties, front-line service training, and inventory management while contributing to high standards of food quality and sanitation.

We welcome degree holders eager to develop a career in F&B and who can work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Degree holder and keen to work in food and beverages industry.
• Shortlisted profiles will undergo training in kitchen duties & service crew in front line.
• Able to work on weekends / public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes.
• Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations.
• Preparation for opening and closing of shop.
• Weekly/ monthly inventory reporting.
