FEI SIONG FOOD MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for an F&B Management Trainee to support daily kitchen and service operations islandwide in Singapore.

Trade trainees will undergo training in kitchen duties and front-line service, preparing you for higher responsibilities in a fast-paced F&B concept. The role requires weekend/public holiday availability and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any field.
• Willing to undergo training in kitchen duties & service crew.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per recipes.
• Maintain high quality and consistent product standards.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness per health/sanitation regulations.
• Preparation for opening and closing of shop.
• Weekly/monthly inventory reporting.
