Job summary

fei siong food management pte. ltd. is seeking a driven F&B Management Trainee to support kitchen operations and frontline service across Islandwide locations in Singapore. You will participate in structured training covering kitchen duties and frontline service while meeting weekend/public holiday requirements.

The role emphasizes quality control, equipment safety, cleanliness, and inventory preparation for opening and closing shifts, with a strong learning path in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any field.
• Shortlisted profiles will undergo training in kitchen duties & service crew in front line.
• Able work on weekends / public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes.
• Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations.
• Preparation for opening and closing of shop.
• Weekly/ monthly inventory reporting.
