Job summary

FEI SIONG FOOD MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an F&B Management Trainee to learn kitchen duties and front-line service. The role requires willingness to work across a busy F&B environment on Islandwide locations in Singapore, including weekends and public holidays.

The trainee will receive training in kitchen operations, food preparation, and service, while contributing to quality standards and daily shop preparations. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced concept.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any field.
• Willing to train in kitchen duties & front-line service.
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes.
• Maintain highest quality and consistent product standards.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations.
• Preparation for opening and closing of shop.
• Weekly/monthly inventory reporting.
