Job summary

fei siong food management pte. ltd. is seeking a motivated F&B Management Trainee to support daily operations across islandwide locations in Singapore. You will undergo training in kitchen duties and frontline service while learning standard operating procedures.

Open to degree holders, candidates must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays and be prepared to ensure food safety, quality, cleanliness, and inventory checks as part of opening and closing routines.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any field.
• Shortlisted profiles will undergo training in kitchen duties & service crew in front line.
• Able work on weekends / public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes.
• Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations.
• Preparation for opening and closing of shop.
• Weekly/ monthly inventory reporting.
