AKINORI SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking an F&B Management Trainee to join our Western/Japanese fusion restaurant. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate to serve, communicate effectively, meeting new customers and building a career in the F&B industry.

Greet and serve customers warmly, use the POS system, manage reservations, and participate in opening/closing tasks. Minimum 2 years of experience required; training and development opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers warmly and professionally.
• Use POS system and manage table reservations.
• Set up and closing of the restaurant, including daily opening and closing checklist.
• Learn and understand restaurant functions and operations.
• Support daily operations and contribute ideas for service improvement.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager and team members to ensure seamless operation.
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
