FEI SIONG FOOD MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an F&B Management Trainee to support daily kitchen and service operations across islandwide locations in Singapore.

You will undergo training in kitchen duties and frontline service, learn SOPs, and assist with inventory, safety, and customer issues while supporting the F&B team during peak periods. This entry-level role emphasizes hands-on learning and growth within a fast-paced food and beverage concept.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any field (requirements)
• Shortlisted profiles will undergo training in kitchen duties & service crew in front line
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
• Maintain high quality and cleanliness of workstation
• Assist opening/closing procedures and inventory reporting
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards
• Assist with daily sales reporting and staff rostering
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally
