You will receive hands-on training across restaurant operations, people management, customer service and business performance, with opportunities for career progression. The programme emphasises rotational assignments, leadership development and the ability to manage a restaurant and lead a team.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a Degree in any discipline are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to communicate effectively with customers and team members in a Chinese restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about the F&B industry and willing to learn.
• Good leadership potential and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Willing to undergo rotational assignments and hands-on operational training.
• Able to work on weekends and PH.

Responsibilities

• Undergo structured training across restaurant operations.
• Learn and support daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing, POS, cashier and service procedures.
• Develop skills in food safety, inventory control and customer complaint handling.
• Progressively take on responsibilities in shift management, staff scheduling, training and manpower deployment.
• Support store management in labour cost, inventory, sales and operational performance.
• Coach and develop team members and support recruitment and staff performance management.
• Work towards independently managing a restaurant and leading a team.
