Job summary

Skyline Catering PTE.LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Brand Training & Development Manager to lead training and people development across three F&B brands. You will translate operational experience into structured programmes and drive consistent service standards while developing future leaders.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong F&B operations knowledge, and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with frontline teams across multiple outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant F&B operations experience across multiple outlets or brands.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with frontline teams in a Chinese restaurant environment.
• Proven experience in managing and developing teams and leaders.
• Strong practical knowledge of F&B outlet operations and service standards.
• Experience creating training materials, SOPs and competency assessments.
• Ability to design and deliver hands-on training and coaching at outlet level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training and development programmes for employees across three F&B brands.
• Conduct hands-on training and coaching for frontline employees, supervisors and managers.
• Develop and review training materials, SOPs, operational manuals and competency assessments.
• Identify training and performance gaps through regular outlet visits and observations.
• Coach and develop outlet management teams in leadership and people management.
• Establish structured career development and succession programmes to grow future leaders.
• Work with Operations teams to align training with business needs.
• Support standardisation and continuous improvement of standards across all brands.
