Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a degree in any discipline are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English to communicate with customers and team in a Chinese restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about F&B and eager to learn.
• Good leadership potential and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
• Willing to undergo rotational trainings and hands-on operations.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Undergo structured training across restaurant operations.
• Support daily restaurant operations including opening/closing, POS, cashier and service procedures.
• Develop skills in food safety, inventory control, and handling customer complaints.
• Progress to shift management, staff scheduling, training, and manpower deployment.
• Assist store management with labour cost, inventory, and sales performance.
• Coach team members and assist recruitment and performance management.
• Work towards independently managing a restaurant and leading a team.
