Job summary

EAT 3 BOWLS KIOSK PTE. LTD. is hiring a kitchen crew member to assist in food preparation, portioning, and packaging while ensuring ingredients follow standard recipes and SOPs.

You will help maintain clean stations, prep items for cooking, and support the Cook/Senior Cook and supervisors to keep the kitchen running smoothly. You may provide counter service, greet customers, and handle basic cashier duties when needed. The role involves inventory checks to ensure stock for each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food service is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and SOPs accurately.
• Good team player with positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking according to recipes and SOPs.
• Portion, assemble and package menu items.
• Process inventory items and check stock for shifts.
• Assist Cook/Senior Cook and supervisors.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Provide counter service and assist with cashiering when needed.
• Package food and drinks for takeaways.

You're the unsung hero behind the scenes, turning raw ingredients into culinary masterpieces. From prep to plate, your culinary wizardry ensures a seamless kitchen symphony. Get ready to embark on a gastronomic adventure, where precision and passion meet to create unforgettable dining experiences.

• Prepare ingredients for cooking according to the establishment's standard recipes and operating procedures, where applicable (e.g. washing, peeling, chopping, measuring, mixing, kneading).
• Portion, assemble and/or package menu dishes and other food items.
• Process new inventory items (e.g. receive stock, store and pack) and inventory checking. (e.g. ensure sufficient stock of ingredients for a shift).
• Assist Cook/Senior Cook, Manager and/or other supervisors in process improvement. reviews.
• Clean food preparation areas, kitchen stations, equipment, tables, cutlery, and crockery.
• Prepare food items for ready consumption. (e.g. cooking, toasting, reheating).
• Provide counter service (e.g. greet customers, recommend food items), where needed.
• Collect payment from customers and perform other cashiering duties (e.g. issuing refunds, stamping of loyalty and membership cards), where needed
• Package food/drinks for takeaways
