Job summary

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is seeking a guest-focused team member for cashier and service duties at the restaurant/front desk. You will greet guests, take orders, manage seating, and ensure smooth service to maximize guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling guest feedback, updating the guest history system, and supporting reservations to drive business. NTC certification or 6 months experience preferred; strong people skills required.

Qualifications

• NTC Certification or six months related experience and/or training.
• Hands on experience in cashier duties.
• Excellent people skills.

Responsibilities

• Project a professional and welcoming image to drive reservations.
• Provide the perfect first impression with a smile and welcome.
• Assign guests to tables and maximize space utilization.
• Ensure every table receives attention and service.
• Monitor guest complaints and achieve satisfaction.
• Collate guest feedback and maintain the guest history system.
• Prepare a monthly guest feedback and report to assist decisions.
• Understand Operating Procedures and apply standards.
• Take orders with relevant questions for sequence of service.
• Address problems promptly with AGRM support.
